Server-based gaming provider Inspired Gaming has struck a deal to acquire social games content developer We R Interactive. The deal covers the ‘I AM PLAYR’ and ‘We R Football’ titles, with all existing staff set to be retained. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed...

The US state of New Jersey has announced plan to introduce a new credit card code for the processing of all online gambling payments. The code is expected to come into effect in spring of this year...

Digital sports media company Perform Group, which was featured in a behind-the-scenes focus last week on, has renewed an agreement with the Professional Squash Association for three years, until the end of 2017. Under the deal, Perform will stream coverage of more than 300 matches from the PSA World Tour to bookmakers around the world via its Watch&Bet service...

DGOJ, the Spanish gambling regulator, has set a February 1 deadline for operators of fixed-odds betting on baccarat, blackjack, horse racing and roulette to renew their singular licences. Initial three-year licences, which were awarded when the market opened up on June 1, 2012, will expire in the middle of this year...
