East Africa the target following Safaribet link up

Oulala has continued its expansion strategy by announcing a deal with Safaribet Kenya, a sports betting firm seeking to break into the East African market.

The Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) provider is to see its Iframe and then API integrated, before an official launch, which is scheduled for next year.

Oulala's DFS product will be incorporated into Safaribet’s online sports betting services for all major sports including football, basketball and ice hockey among others

Valery Bollier, Chief Executive Officer at Oulala, has been speaking to TotallyGaming.com about the importance of this latest development: “Africa is one of the most promising markets for Daily Fantasy Football since football is much more than just a sport in Africa, and also because the best African football players participate in European leagues, England, most importantly, but also, France, Italy, and Spain, among others.

“Oulala is therefore perfectly positioned to respond to the expectations of the millions of African fans. With Kenya being one of the most mature markets in Africa, it was important for Oulala to find a solid partner to enter this market. Safaribet is exactly the partner we had been looking for.”

A link up which could prove particularly fruitful with a World Cup just over the horizon, something Bollier explained adding: “It is true that, as in sports betting, the world cup has a massive effect on the volume that is played. Every operator that will be part of our network next summer will, therefore, benefit largely from a World Cup effect.”

The Malta Gaming Authority licensed DFS provider also recently struck a deal with Marsbet, which will see Oulala’s football management game implemented onto its iGaming platform.

Totally Gaming says:  Following a first of its kind deal between a licensed B2B skill game operator and an iGaming company with Marsbet, Oulala has quickly announced another key partnership, which marks further crucial expansion in an ever increasing market.
