Games including Jumanji, Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest to go live

NetEnt has signed a customer agreement that will see the Swedish casino games supplier launch its content for Churchill Downs’ New Jersey iGaming offering.

The deal further strengthens NetEnt’s presence in the New Jersey market, where it has already partnered the likes of the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Hard Rock Atlantic City and Tropicana, among others.

“There is no doubt NetEnt games have proven to be player favorites in every market they have been deployed,” Churchill Downs Interactive president Ian Williams said. “We are looking forward to adding hit titles Jumanji, Starburst and Gonzo’s Quest to offer the best possible experience to our players.”

Churchill Downs is aiming to launch online sports betting and casino in New Jersey during the first quarter of 2019, having selected Golden Nugget Atlantic City as its licensing partner in May this year.

May 2018 also saw Churchill Downs enter into a strategic partnership with SBTech, which will supply its technology platform for the online launch.

“We are excited to start delivering our popular game titles to Churchill Downs, probably most known for its iconic flagship horse-racing event, the Kentucky Derby,” NetEnt Americas managing director Erik Nyman said. “With our thrilling game titles, I am confident that we will be an important contributor to growth in online casino for Churchill Downs.”
