Napoleon supports Kambi revolution in competitive Belgium

Napoleon Games is the fourth Kambi client to renew in the last six months

Kambi believes that its price differentiation tool will help Napoleon Games to remain at the forefront of the competitive Belgian sports betting market.

The supplier has renewed a multi-year contract to provide its multi-channel sports betting and technology services for the long-term, after the two parties agreed a multi-year contract extension.

The deal ensures Napoleon will continue to benefit from the price differentiation tool, as well as Kambi’s real-time bonusing features and Instant Betting offer.

Napoleon Games, which holds a top three position in the Belgian online market, is the fourth customer to make a long-term commitment to Kambi in the past six months, after 888, LeoVegas and Paf.

The operator will also have access to Kambi’s widget framework, which was recently extended to empower operators to design their own landing pages integrated with the Kambi betslip.

A Kambi spokesperson told TotallyGaming.com: “Belgium is a key market for Kambi and one we have been present in since 2012. Over this time, we have been able to develop a deep understanding of the market and its players, enabling our customers to gain market-leading positions.

“To have multiple Kambi customers successfully competing in Belgium is testament to the empowerment capabilities we offer. As Napoleon Games highlights, Kambi’s price differentiation tool, array of bonusing options and dynamic frontend control, gives them the crucial ability to differentiate in a competitive market.

“In short, no two Kambi customers need to look or feel the same and we are delighted to have strengthened our relationship with Napoleon Games for the long-term.”

On the four renewals, the statement continued: “As operators will tell you, retaining customers is more difficult than acquiring them, and similar logic applies to sportsbook provision. Operators aren’t short of provider options so to have retained four key customers in a matter of months speaks volumes for the quality of product and service we provide.

“Of course, retaining customers is that much easier when they are growing, and thanks to the hard work put in by both Kambi and our customers, they have been able to consistently outperform the market.”

A spokesperson for Napoleon Games added: “Belgium has become a very competitive market and therefore Kambi’s depth of offer is an important element as it gives Napoleon a key point of difference. Kambi has also made its platform more flexible, including the creation of customisable odds, which is vital to us.

“These two elements, combined with Kambi’s track record of springboarding sportsbooks and the strong relationships we have between us, make this an ideal partnership.”

Totally Gaming says: Given the amount of competitive sports betting providers in today’s market, Kambi will be delighted to retain four of its key customers. This contract represents the second renewal made by Napoleon since the first agreement was made between the two parties in 2012.
