Pragmatic Play content is live with Vera&John on an exclusive basis

Games from Pragmatic Play are now live in a new “buoyant market”, after the company passed the stringent criteria required to supply operators in Denmark.

Regulatory approval in Denmark follows the April award of Pragmatic Play’s UK licence, while complementing its existing licences in Italy and Romania.

The supplier has marked this Danish market entry by making its content available on Vera&John, with an exclusive games agreement for an introductory period.

Yossi Barzely, Head of Business Development at Pragmatic Play, told “Scandinavia is a very important market for Pragmatic Play and we have had some very positive results so far from the Nordic-facing operators with whom we work. I’m sure Denmark will be no exception, and we’re pleased to now be offering our games in this buoyant market.

“We are interested in regulated markets around the world and we’re having some very positive on-going discussions with regulators. We’ll have news to announce on two more markets soon as we continue to expand internationally. This has been greatly helped by the recent hiring of Harry Biring as our senior business development manager.”

Pragmatic Play has portfolio of over 80 HTML5 slots, including Wolf Gold, Hot Safari, Queen of Gold, and 7 Monkeys, as well as the recently launched Jurassic Giants and forthcoming Pixie Wings.

Totally Gaming says: Pragmatic Play has targeted the Danish market after enjoying success with its existing Nordic-facing operators. The supplier will be hoping to make a quick start in the country through an introductory period with casino operator Vera&John.
