The CEO described the deal as a "major one" for Good Game

Operator of a network of Finnish online gambling information sites, Good Game Limited, has sold several of its popular sites to XLMedia for a total cash consideration of up to €15m.

The deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of the year, also includes underlying content management systems, social network accounts, related intellectual property and affiliate accounts.

For the 12 months ended 20 November 2017, the network of acquired sites recorded revenues of €1.66m with a 75% EBITDA margin. Good Game will receive an initial payment of €7m, with a further €7m to be paid out if performance targets are met.

Following the acquisition, Good Game Limited will focus on building out its recently launched brand; its most comprehensive and innovative online casino affiliate site to date.
