GIG signs OneTimePoker as first poker client

New venture was founded by a team of poker industry veterans led by Randall Kasper

One Time Marketing Services has signed up as the first client for Gaming Innovation Group’s (GIG) Microgaming-powered poker product. 

Through the deal, One Time Marketing Services is to use GIG’s poker and casino services, powered by its GIG Core platform, for its OneTimePoker brand.

Alongside the Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) poker solution, OneTimePoker will also offer ‘casino in poker’, where players compete against the house rather than other players. It will also launch third-party casino content via GIG Core. 

One Time Marketing Services was founded by Randall Kasper, founder of Poker Players International, once a high-profile poker marketing services provider. He is supported in his latest venture by a team of poker industry veterans including Casey Jarzabek, Jeff Maxon, Anthony Taylor, Laurence Grondin and Danny Noseworthy.

"We are delighted to have signed our first poker agreement with OneTimePoker to help further their ambitions,” GIG chief executive Robin Reed said. “They have made such a positive impact on poker over the years, representing some of the biggest names in the industry in addition to contributing to so many industry publications. 

“We look forward to supporting the expansion of its brand into further GiG product verticals within our ecosystem through 2019, offering their poker community one stop access to all their entertainment needs."

Kasper said that in OneTimePoker, he and his team would finally be able to build the sort of business for themselves that they have created for clients over the past decade. 

“It's a dream team of executives and poker experts,” Kasper said. “Our goal is to be the next big name in poker, to be completely transparent to and trusted by players and to customise their experience with the absolute best practices we have learned over the years.

The OneTimePoker brand is expected to go live on the GIG Core platform in the first quarter of 2019, with fees from the offering to make a “moderate” contribution to the supplier’s revenue in 2019, before increasing in 2020 and beyond.
