The firm recently unveiled state-of-the-art office space in Malta.

Retention solution provider Enteractive has admitted to being “constantly on the lookout for the very best talent”, as the firm moved into new state-of-the-art office space in Malta.

The new office has been designed to create a comfortable working environment, with the aim of improving the wellbeing of its employees as well as boosting productivity levels.

Capturing the Enteractive culture of going the extra mile for its customers, the 800 square metre headquarters features a number of modern comforts to make staff feel at home.

At the heart of its operations is a 4-metre wide media wall that will be used for work purposes and social events, such as brainstorm meetings and displaying live sporting events. It also includes a fully-functional modern kitchen which is used to serve all staff breakfast and lunch every day during working hours.

Enteractive CEO Mikael Hansson told TotallyGaming.com: “Enteractive has grown considerably in the previous 12 months, securing a number of new commercial deals to supply our reactivation solution and customer service package to igaming operators. As a result, our team of trained agents is ever expanding to meet the growing demands from our customers.

“We’re constantly on the lookout for the very best talent to join the Enteractive family. Most of those firms already based in Malta will appreciate the difficulty in recruiting and retaining staff, given the competitive landscape within the region.

“With that in mind and in order to make ourselves an attractive company to work for, we know the importance of offering new and existing employees a comfortable working environment. That’s why we’ve invested heavily with our new office space, creating an area that brings together all staff in a team-like environment fuelled by adrenaline and energy.

Hansson was similarly enthusiastic when he discussed Enteractive’s plans for the remainder of 2018.

Investing in our staff will be a key focus for us during the second half of 2018 and beyond, strengthening the way our agents are trained to provide an even better service for our operator clients,” he explained.

“By working closely with employees to improve their skills, as well as offer exciting initiatives outside the office such as free tickets to live sporting events and music concerts, we can offer them a career that not only benefits themselves, but also our own customer base with an improved service.”

Totally Gaming says: Encouraging signs for Enteractive: a new, state-of-the-art office and a message from the CEO Mikael Hansson actively encouraging industry talent to join the firm!
