Betsson loses board member Tristan Sjöberg

Director resigns over personal tax dispute
Tristan Sjöberg has resigned from Betsson’s board of directors as a result of a legal dispute with the Swedish tax authorities.
The dispute relates to his personal tax liability in the country, and does not relate to the operator in any way.
It brings to an end a short period on the Betsson board, having only been appointed in May this year.
He is also a board member of Knutsson Holdings, an investment vehicle active that holds stakes in Betsson and NetEnt, as well as live table game manufacturer TCS John Huxley, for which Sjöberg also serves as chairman.
It is not clear whether he is to resign from these positions as a result of the tax dispute.
