Pinnacle Sports has unveiled its updated mobile platform

Pinnacle Sports says it hopes to offer a better service to customers after relaunching its mobile site, and has promised an upgraded desktop platform within weeks.

The online gaming operator said that its platform is now “much faster” and “easier to bet on the move”.

Pinnacle added that it has focused on making huge improvements to screen load-time in its updated mobile product, noting that it believes “speed is just as crucial as betting value” for users.

“The exciting changes to Pinnacle Sports Mobile are just the start of several significant new improvements coming in 2016 that aim to ensure our customers’ betting experience matches the unbeatable value of our odds,” said Harry Lang, marketing director of Pinnacle Sports.

Pinnacle added that intuitive design improvements provide “a cleaner, more modern look”, while the layout has been streamlined.

A Pinnacle spokesperson told TotallyGaming.com: "The changes to our mobile site were built internally using mature mobile technologies - such as Bootstrap, jQuery and ASP.NET – but leveraging them in a much more efficient way.

"The upgrade is part of our long-term plan to provide a more consistent customer experience across all platforms, and as such is a precursor to significant changes to the desktop site customers will enjoy in the coming weeks."
