Alessandro Allara is keen to expand the company's mobile offering

Italian gaming operator SNAI said that innovation is at the core of its strategy as it announced the launch of a wearable betting app.

Alessandro Allara, the company’s head of online, told that SNAI has become the first operator to run Game360’s 360 Betting Mobile platform via wearables because it wants to “explore every technology”.

360 Betting Mobile runs on Android, iOS and AppleWatch, and Game360, a subsidiary of NYX Gaming, promises players an “intuitive, responsive and seamless experience” on their chosen devices.

“We believe in innovation,” said Allara. “We want to bring SNAI into the future of entertainment and, to do that, we want to explore every technology.

“Apple Watch is a good way to challenge our ideas. We have released a live betting tool but we will continue developing new features and products; this technology will not replace mobile but it can be a consistent evolution in customer experience.”

The new app features fully embedded live streaming, providing bettors 24/7 seamless viewing of sporting events with no need to access other sources. Some of the newest features include live streaming of sporting events, provided by Betradar and players-choice live scoreboards.

Allara explained it is an improvement on SNAI’s previous mobile offering, and said that further new products will soon be available.

“We consider mobile as a key driver of our growth," Allara  said. "Our previous suite of betting apps showed a series of limits and we decided to entirely redesign the product.

“We chose Game360 because they have a solid background in the Italian environment. We built with them a partnership which will produce a series of launches in the next months, from e-gaming to racing.

"We expect our betting platform to evolve constantly in order to provide the best customer journey in the market.”
