Kootac’s Monika Cizmarova cites experience rather than luck of the draw

Kootac believes that its experience in the lottery sector is the key to the success it continues to enjoy in collaboration with its partners.

The online lottery operator and software provider was boosted earlier this month by the ‘Lottery Operator of the Year’ award won by, the Cherry AB subsidiary, which is powered by Kootac’s platform, at the International Gaming Awards 2016.

Kootac has helped to facilitate EuroLotto’s success through delivering online lottery software and support as a key technological partner, and Monika Cizmarova, the company’s marketing manager, told that it maintains the advantage of business maturity over its rivals.

“Above all, our team possesses vast experience in delivering online lottery solutions to private sector partners and clients,” she said. “Kootac's online lottery platform and games are in their third generations, hardened and refined by years of real-life use. Contrast that with the new providers whose technological solutions are practically untested in a live production environment, and it's easy to see why we have the edge over our competitors.

“Booming interest in the secondary lotteries business has provided enormous demand for the services we have now been delivering for over half a decade - and as one of the industry's proven success stories, we fully expect to enjoy sustained growth as the industry continues to expand.”

Cizmarova added that the pride felt in EuroLotto’s achievement was evidence of the strong bond that Kootac develops with its partners.

She added: “Kootac management tries to maintain close relationships with both employees and key business partners. This mantra manifests in the way we communicate with each other; and in the mutually transparent and collaborative approach we take to delivering projects.

“Behind every business is a team of human beings, so developing and maintaining healthy personal relationships is vital to our success.”

After a bright start, Kootac has ambitious plans for the rest of 2016, with developments expected in terms of its offering as well as regulatory matters.

Cizmarova added: “As ever, we will be working hard to make our gameplay offering better and better. Our next big innovations will be new forms of lottery syndicate play.

“Another big moment for Kootac in 2016 will be our UK Gambling Commission application.

“Once the process is completed, we can start offering our games to UK-focused operators, which will help us make major progress in one of Europe's most lucrative markets. The British love lotto.”
