Hrvatska Lutrija deal sees supplier tasked with driving omni-channel growth

Intralot has been awarded a new ten-year contract to supply Croatia’s state lottery Hrvatska Lutrija with a range of omni-channel lottery solutions. 

The deal will see Intralot customise, deploy and integrate its LOTOS 10 omni-channel platform, alongside new software for the lottery’s 3,000 terminals. 

It will also provide Hrvatska Lutrija with a customised iGaming platform, based on its Player PULSE CRM Platform to support all gaming verticals, as well as a cross-channel content management solution based on its CANVAS Platform. This will be complemented with a retailer management system, as well as training, maintenance and other support services. 

Intralot has been active in Croatia for a number of years, rolling out the lottery’s first interactive gaming solution in 2009, as well as providing a range of products and services. Croatian players wagered more than €150m with Hrvatska Lutrija in 2017, and the lottery aims to significantly grow its business across all channels through the new partnership. 

“As a result of an extensive and long lasting competitive process, we tasked Intralot to partner with Hrvatska Lutrija and invest on the transformation and innovation of our current operations by implementing its new systems and platforms based on LOTOS 10 ecosystem and advanced retail digital technology,” the lottery’s board chair Mario Musa said. “This new partnership will fully cover all business requirements and operational procedures required for our business to grow significantly in the upcoming years.

“We are convinced that we have selected a strong partner who meets all our requirements for adapting to customer needs and legal changes much faster and at lower costs because of its new modular and micro-services-oriented architecture.
