The standard offering is now supplemented by partial and auto cash out

Platin Gaming rolled out its state-of-the-art partial and auto cash out functionality for Tipbet, building on the operator's standard cash out offering launched in April of last year.

A week on, TotallyGaming.com caught up with Tipbet Head of Product Philippos Naskos to discuss the timing of the announcement, how the products compare to what’s already on the market, and why the three cash out options makes it suitable for all types of sports bettor.

TotallyGaming.com: Was it important to get this ready for the new league season? Are there any regrets that it wasn't ready to go for the World Cup?

PN: Yes, of course – the football season is long, so it was important that we launched the new Cash Out features well ahead of the games beginning, meaning that our customers have the chance to bet on their favourite teams. The World Cup is obviously a massive event, and we had several other unique promotions to mark it, but we feel that now is the ideal time to launch our full Cash Out options.

TG: What do you think is the major target demographic - the prolific in-play bettor, or someone who wants to avoid checking up on their bets?

PN: We designed our new additions with the enjoyment of all sections of our customer base in mind – with three Cash Out options now available it really is suitable for everyone and I think all users are looking for some excitement when they place a bet, as well as, of course, being fully in control of their winnings.

TG: How does the Platin Gaming software compare with the partial and auto cashout solutions already on the market?

PN: In addition to Part Cash Out, it is not common to also see Auto available, so we are really bringing the best available technology to our punters. Auto Cash Out is perfect for customers that are not planning to keep an eye on their bet slip as they can set a limit at which the cash offer will automatically be claimed. As mentioned, having these options for customers is a rarity at the moment so it ensures that we are the go-to site for veterans and beginners alike

TG: Finally, cashout has become commonplace in the UK market, but what is the pickup in somewhere like Greece where Tipbet has moved to increase its profile?

PN: It has already proven extremely popular in Greece – as it has indeed across all our markets at Tipbet. This is primarily due to the fact that Auto and Partial are features that are still not widely offered by our industry competitors. Though every market is clearly different, customers always respond positively to versatile and modern updates that offer real value.
