A provider of marketing solutions for land-based gaming operators, Atrient will be making its ICE London debut in 2018. We caught up with CEO Sam Attisha to discuss the company’s new international targets, helping its clients to create operational efficiencies, and showcasing the PowerKiosk at next month’s event.

Totally Gaming: We’d like to begin by inviting you to briefly describe what it is you do, and what role Atrient plays in the sports betting and gaming industries?

Sam Attisha: We create interactive and inviting promotions that allow patrons to qualify for incentives and rewards. Our patent pending PKMS marketing platform analyses patron demographics in real time, enabling an operator to create dynamic prizes that are awarded instantly through kiosks, mobile apps, and slot machine windows.

TG: As a company that has focused on sponsorship and exhibition opportunities in the US, what has convinced you to target a more international audience at ICE 2018?

SA: Atrient has been the leading provider of promotional kiosk solutions in North America since 2008. Our products are installed in some of the largest commercial and Native American operator sites, including MGM Resorts International and San Manuel Casino.

We are also proud to announce we have executed contracts with Caesars Entertainment to deploy our solutions across their entire portfolio of casino operations. Atrient will continue to cultivate our domestic footprint; however, we recognize the enormous international opportunity and are excited to offer our solutions globally in 2018 and beyond.

TG: We understand that you will be showcasing the Power Kiosk at next month’s event; why do you think it is superior to other similar products in the market?

SA: PowerKiosk was identified by InfoTech, the only independent evaluator of gaming software, as the leading solution in the industry. This accreditation is a by-product of our unwavering commitment to innovation and product development. While many vendors are satisfied with the status quo, Atrient endeavours to disrupt the industry, offering unique solutions with tangible benefits to our partners.

Atrient was the first and only vendor to date to release a mobile application that allows participation in promotions online, providing a platform that offers our partners global reach to their patron databases. In addition, Atrient has developed and installed the first reliable patron club enrolment and reprint kiosk. MGM National Harbor deployed our card printing kiosk and enrolled more than 150,000 through the PowerKiosk solution in the first 90 days of operation with less than a 1% failure rate.

TG: What would you say is the major reason that gaming operators choose to work with Atrient; for reward based retention, operational efficiency, or as a key revenue driver?

SA: Reliability. Operators identify PowerKiosk as being the most reliable solution for realising their marketing initiatives. When promotions are activated, or virtual drawings are conducted, PowerKiosk is the only software that delivers the results that operators seek without having to worry about software bugs or complicated setup. We have created a solution that is scalable and reliable.

TG: And finally, what are your plans for increasing brand exposure and reaching out to prospective new clients, both at the London ExCeL and throughout the rest of 2018?

SA: Atrient is in the process of establishing global sales offices. As our footprint now includes the America's, Australia and slated installations in Asia in 2018, we intend to aggressively market our solutions in these and other regions now and in the future.

Atrient's strongest marketing representatives have been our existing client base. Unlike other operators who identify a short list of references, Atrient’s reference list is in excess of 200 operator sites, all of whom tout the PowerKiosk product.

Atrient will be exhibiting at ICE 2018 on Stand: S9-111; click here to schedule a meeting.
