Lucien Wijsman, Director of the Slot Academy and Slot Summits, and a renowned expert in Casino management will deliver the Slot Academy course called ‘It’s All About Marketing’ at Café Olivier in Leiden, on the 26th – 29th October 2015.

“For the October Slot Academy, I’ve based the course on the principles of Total Quality Management and will teach how to apply this to strengthen best practise in casinos today.  The topics covered are varied and will cover issues such as the different player profiles and their expectations, pay table calculations and game mathematics, progressive and mystery jackpot management and casino layouts.”

Lucien continues, “Taking the Slot Academy back to my hometown of Leiden really excites me, I can’t wait to show everyone the great city!”
