Lucien Wijsman will feature in the speaker line up

After touring numerous countries in Europe, Canada, Africa, South America and Asia, the Slot Academy is heading back to its motherland, the Netherlands, to the historic and charming city of Leiden. 

Lucien Wijsman, Director of the Slot Academy and Slot Summits, and a renowned expert in Casino management will deliver the Slot Academy course called ‘It’s All About Marketing’ at Café Olivier in Leiden, on the 26th – 29th October 2015.

With a career covering more than 25 years, Lucien has travelled the world to provide advice to many well-known clients including Gtech, Novomatic, Casinos Austria, Casino Technology, Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority, Grup Peralada, Casino Campione d’Italia and many others.

 “For the October Slot Academy, I’ve based the course on the principles of Total Quality Management and will teach how to apply this to strengthen best practise in casinos today.  The topics covered are varied and will cover issues such as the different player profiles and their expectations, pay table calculations and game mathematics, progressive and mystery jackpot management and casino layouts.”

Lucien continues, “Taking the Slot Academy back to my hometown of Leiden really excites me, I can’t wait to show everyone the great city!”
