Delegates will enjoy an immediate and lasting effect on their bottom line, says Samardziski

CEO of Nexus Gaming and renowned iGaming consultant, Igor Samardziski and Clarion Events' Totally Gaming Academy have announced the agenda for the Online Gaming Masterclass, an intensive 4 day course proven that they say will improve the bottom line performance of delegates' iGaming businesses.

The Online Gaming Masterclass will be hosted twice in 2015, firstly at the Dragonara Casino in Malta from the 1- 4 September 2015 and also at the Rembrandt Hotel in London on the 7-10 December 2015.

Targeted to decision makers from existing online operations, as well as those from promising start ups, the Masterclass is entirely interactive and has strictly limited spaces to enable focused and targeted attention to each business.

Summarising the agenda, Igor says “the course will concentrate on improving the key business areas of risk, revenue efficiency, customer retention, supply chain management and meeting regulatory requirements. Together we will analyse the various systems which provide experience to players and focus on acquisition and retention mechanisms, game mathematics & volatility and the cost influence specific marketing efforts, such as bonuses, have on player behaviour and ultimately the bottom line”.

Samardziski is encouraging delegates to bring business specific figures with them to enable focus on areas of improvement directly appropriate to their business so that “each delegate can create a specifically crafted 1 year business plan that will have an immediate and lasting effect on their bottom line.”

Paul Mills, Portfolio Director at the Totally Gaming Academy says “50% of places have already been booked for Malta, and London spaces are fast filling up. I’m excited as already we have 8 different countries represented on the course so there will be lots of opportunity to share experiences and network with people from all over the world.”
