Following the success of their Totally Gaming Academy theatre at ICE 2016, Totally Gaming Academy re-opened their free-to-attend theatre at this year's ICE to showcase their 12 training courses.

Starting out with 2 training courses in December 2015, Totally Gaming Academy experienced rapid growth over 2016 and ICE provided an ideal platform launch their 3 new training courses; Sportsbook Management Academy, Affiliate Management Academy and Digital Transformation Academy.

“The theatre within the theatre of gaming” attracted over 1000 people over the 3 days of ICE and Portfolio Director of the Totally Gaming Academy, Paul Mills, said that due to the international appeal of the event, ICE represented the ideal opportunity to promote their existing courses as well as launch their 3 new courses, all of which have been curated and are led by experts in their fields.

The dedication to providing learnings which attendees can apply immediately on their return to business has meant the Totally Gaming Academy has become recognised as a global leader of gaming training, setting new standards for the development of gaming professionals and regulators working at all levels and all sectors of the industry.

Training and education continue to be areas which gaming organisations of all sizes and varieties are looking for. Speaking at the theatre, Lucien Wijsman, Director of Slot Academy and veteran casino slot marketer said that “As 95% of gaming staff have a role which influences the customer experience, training is one of the most important things you can give them.”
