Supplier has recently secured big outside investment

Bit8’s Head of Business Development Pamela Allmark is heading to Berlin next week to discuss the firm’s innovative gaming platform and the comprehensive solutions it offers operating partners, as delegates from the world of iGaming descend on the German capital for EiG 2016.

Allmark commented: “Our industry is more competitive than ever and it is becoming increasingly tough for operators to differentiate their offering and stand out from the crowd. But our vision has always been to maximise player lifetime value by catering for the current and future needs of modern gaming operators. We are able to do that cost-effectively with our use of genuinely ground-breaking Artificial Intelligence technology.”

The Bit8 platform offers an advanced bonus system that works across multiple game suppliers and cross-products, promotions, and tournaments, and a seamless wallet integration. Coupled with a variety of marketing and retention tools, such as targeted player segmentation, recommendations, and loyalty point programmes, we keep operators focused on increasing revenues and decreasing costs.

Allmark’s trip to Berlin marks a busy year at Bit8 as the company also exhibited at ICE in February before then taking a stand at the iGB Super show in Amsterdam in June. This has helped raise the firm’s profile as part of a large recruitment drive that it has started as Bit8 looks to scale-up its operations to meet customer demand and expand its offering into new markets like Romania, where the firm recently gained a licence.

Allmark added: “It’s a very exciting time to be working at Bit8 and we’re looking forward to welcoming new recruits to our offices. But it’s also an exciting time for our existing partners and those companies we’re in discussions with, who also have a great opportunity to expand their operations using our great products and services.”

Earlier this summer Bit8 struck an investment deal with Rockridge Investments, which raised an undisclosed figure in the seven digit range and is also the first external investment in Bit8. The company was founded in 2010 and was so far entirely financed privately by business angels and the co-founders. Bit8 was advised by Olga Finkel of WH Partners during the investment round.

Bit8 CEO Angelo Dalli said at the time: “The involvement of Rockridge Investments as new investors in Bit8 shows confidence in our strategy and product. This confidence is being shared by an increasingly large number of operators in the industry who are switching to the Bit8 platform and adopting our innovative solutions.

“Our vision for Bit8 is to create the industry’s most intelligent platform that gives operators a competitive edge with the use of artificial intelligence, superior bonus tools and a fresh approach towards backend solutions that impact the bottom line of operators positively. This investment round gives us additional resources that helps us implement this vision with a quicker time to market and allows us to be more flexible in launching new features that our clients want.”
