Johansson joins NetEnt to take on role vacated by CEO Therese Hillman

Casino games specialist NetEnt has appointed Lars Johansson as its interim chief financial officer. 

Johansson steps into the role vacated by Therese Hillman, who was named chief executive of the supplier in May this year, replacing Per Eriksson.

He is an experienced finance chief, with more than 30 years’ experience working in management roles. Most recently he served as senior investment director for Swedish private equity firm Ratos AB, where he also held the role of acting CEO for a time. 

Previously he served as CFO of airport operator Swedavia, CFO and chief operating officer of media company TV4 Group and acting CEO of Orc Software AB.
