The move comes just days before its acquisition of Evoke Gaming.

Mr Green & Co has moved its Stockholm ‘home office’ to state-of-the-art, technological office space in the city, entitled ‘Epicenter Stockholm’.

The move will see the company merge its Stockholm head operations and technology teams under one location.

All 70 of the firm’s Stockholm-based employees will move to the new venue, which is located in the Mäster Samuelsgatan business area of the city.

Per Norman, CEO of Mr Green & Co, told “Epicenter is Stockholm’s first digital House of Innovation at the heart of the city and Sweden’s digital landscape. Within Epicenter, Swedish and international entrepreneurs and companies meet to collaborate, learn and grow their businesses. This is a perfect environment for the Mr Green Group, a fast growing, digital group with headquarters and technology development in Stockholm and operations in Malta.

“In 2018, we will drive further growth by a number of initiatives. A prime target is to grow geographically by expanding our brands to new markets. Recently we announced the acquisition of Evoke Gaming including Redbet. In 2018, we will introduce the Redbet brand in all our present markets and launch, in parallel to the casino focused Mr Green brand, the Sportsbook focused brand Redbet.

“Other growth initiatives in the Mr Green Group are the continuous development of our unique Green Gaming Predictive Tool. In 2018, the tool will be introduced also to our Sportsbook customers. In addition, we will further enhance our live offering and explore the opportunities with one-to-one customer communication and cutting-edge digital marketing.”

The relocation came just days before a €7 million acquisition of Redbet owner Evoke Gaming, with the deal expected to be completed in Q1 2018 subject to regulatory approval.

Describing the deal, Norman added: “Evoke Gaming is an ideal fit for our business plan and strategy.

“We are pursuing our strategy of nurturing a small number of strong brands that can work globally. With Redbet and Mr Green, we have two immensely strong brands addressing different segments and we see major potential to expand Redbet into our existing markets.”

Totally Gaming says: Exciting times for Mr Green and its employees, with a switch to state-of-the-art working facilities in the Scandinavian hub of Stockholm coming just days prior to a multimillion pound acquisition of Redbet owners Evoke Gaming. A solid way to cap off a fruitful year, and the firm will hope to continue this momentum into the new year.
