The product has been launched with Russia 2018 beckoning.

Mr Green CEO Jesper Kärrbrink has described the firm’s new sports betting feature as one that "brings the sportsbook into the game of roulette".

The igaming operator has teamed up with Netent Live to launch the feature just in time for the Russia World Cup.

Kärrbrink told TotallyGaming.com: “The QuickBet widget in Mr Green Live Beyond Live product brings the sportsbook into the game of roulette. While you are at the roulette table you have direct access to attractive betting objects in the same game view as your roulette game.”

The feature is built with a mobile first approach but is available across other devices, making it possible for players to seamlessly place bets on a selection of popular sport events without having to navigate away from the roulette table.

“You are seamless moving from one interesting product to another - it's just a click away,” Kärrbrink added.

“With changing odds, next event bets, game updates from a feed or the croupier this will make the gaming experience richer for all sports interested roulette players. We will of course keep one of the roulette tables in Mr Greens villa as a standard roulette table.”

Netent Managing Director and CEMO Carl Silverstolpe said: “This is a product unlike anything the market has seen before and we are releasing it at a very exciting time, with the World Cup around the corner. We see major cross selling opportunity with this widget and we’re happy Mr Green is making it a feature in their Live Beyond Live Casino.”

Implementing this sportsbook feature into Mr Green’s live casino environment required a cross provider solution. Mr Green’s sportsbook provider Kambi, and its flexible API solution, made this possible.

Kambi CCO Max Meltzer added: “In an evolving marketplace, it’s crucial operators have the ability to innovate and differentiate to stay ahead of the competition. It is for this reason Kambi decided to provide our open APIs, to give operators the ultimate freedom to develop unique sports betting experiences for their players.

“As industry innovators, Mr Green continues to show what is possible.”

Totally Gaming says: Mr Green’s new feature, launched with the help of Netent and Kambi, gives players a unique opportunity to combine the casino and sportsbook experience. With the World Cup opener just hours away, the igaming operator will be looking to get the most out of the innovation.
