Dillian Whyte announced he’s “delighted to be backed by MansionBet”

Online casino and sportsbook operator MansionBet has announced the continued expansion of its boxing sponsorship portfolio with various new boxing sponsorships.

In addition to the sponsorship of Lee Selby in his domestic blockbuster against an unbeaten Josh Warrington at Elland Road next May, Mansion also partnered with British puncher Dillian Whyte when he announced himself on the heavyweight scene, knocking out Australian Lucas Browne last Saturday.

Brand Manager at Mansion Group Limited Rosie French spoke to about the positive effect of Mansion being partnered with such revered athletes: “To align ourselves with such impressive British boxers is a natural move, and we are very proud to be supporting such great talent.  We have been fortunate that both of our boxers have been victorious in the fights for which we have sponsored them - so it has been an especially powerful and winning association.”
Detailing how boxing sponsorships provide the perfect crossover for Mansion, she added: “We recognise the ever-growing popularity and potential of boxing as a prominent sport; not only in the U.K., but globally also. We see the boxing as a trend really beginning to peak with our target audience, and as such it's an important move for us to be present in this area.”

Following the success of George Groves in the World Boxing Super Series semi-final, Mansion will be supporting him in the final later on this year. The fight is estimated to take place in July, pending the recovery of Groves’ shoulder.

These additional fights through Project11 are set to elevate the Mansion brand name further, increasing its already solid reputation as a keen supporter of UK sporting events. The established online gaming provider will take these opportunities to further promote its recently-launched MansionBet sportsbook brand.

Totally Gaming says: Very few sports stars incite a passion from supporters like fighters do. From the perspective of a brand, being associated with some of Britain’s most active and charismatic fighters can have a significant impact on strengthening their national footprint.
