Casumo has selected PD3 to build brand awareness in the UK

Big jackpot winners in the UK will be expected on Casumo, after the Malta-based casino selected creative agency PD3 to build brand awareness in the country and activate its three-year sponsorship deal with venue operator AEG.

Last month, Casumo agreed a deal with AEG to become a key sponsor of the SSE Arena at Wembley, the host venue of ITV’s X Factor live TV Show. PSD will work with Casumo to activate the casino brand’s relationship with AEG, targeting entertainment lovers over 30 years old.

PD3 won a four-way pitch to secure the deal by demonstrating a strategic approach, a cultural fit with Casumo and previous experience activating O2’s title partnership with AEG at The O2.

The news comes just a few days after confirmation of two Casumo winners for a total of nearly £7 million. The first jackpot came via Mega Fortune on 30 March by a 28-year-old Swedish man who took home £2.8 million. The second, a £3.9 million jackpot on Mega Fortune Dreams (4 April) represented the biggest ever win on Casumo.

Greg Tatton-Brown, market manager at Casumo, commented: “PD3’s approach to work is about partnership, which aligns closely with our focus on collaboration. We share many values with PD3, such as how we view our consumers (we believe that people are unique and nuanced) and our internal culture – we believe interesting people make interesting work. This alignment, coupled with PD3’s previous experience with AEG, will certainly make for some great work together.”

Totally Gaming says: Casumo has successfully found an agency partner that is aligned with the company’s culture and can help them to build awareness in the UK. PD3 has been tasked with creating a compelling reason for Casumo to become part of the fan experience at AEG’s venues, and pushing messages in line with the online casino’s core brand purpose – to eliminate boredom.
