Fifth Street Gaming signs Las Vegas gambling operations deal

Fifth Street Gaming has signed a deal to take operate of gambling operations at two Las Vegas hotels, the Gold Spike and Siegel Slots and Suites. Both hotels are owned by the Siegel Group, which operates several boutique hotels, apartment complexes and other developments.

The contracts are subject to approval by gambling regulators. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to reports, Fifth Street Gaming also is overseeing the redevelopment of the Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino, formerly the Lady Luck, in Las Vegas, which is scheduled to reopen late next year.
