More deals in the pipeline

Evolution Gaming has been busy in recent times agreeing a number of deals alongside US-facing organisations, which has seen the firm go live with its first live casino studio in the regulated market, situated in New Jersey.

It’s tenth such entity worldwide is to be utilised by 888casino, Resorts, Hard Rock, OceanResort and PlaySugarHouse, operated by Rush Street Interactive, and builds upon Evolution’s North American operations, building on the dedicated Canadian live casino studio in Vancouver.

James Stern, director of business development and land-based sales, has been speaking to TotallyGaming.com about why now was the perfect time to launch its US-based facility: “Our entry into the US market has been a carefully considered long-term project. Back in 2013 Evolution became the first live casino provider to gain New Jersey Preliminary Waiver approval.

“Having closely monitored US market developments over the past few years, we continued to reinforce our position as live casino market leaders in Europe. We truly believe that our products have a global appeal and we see ourselves as a global provider, which is why we felt very strongly that 2018 was the right time to launch with a fully-fledged studio facility for the US.

“The launch of our studio in New Jersey marks our tenth studio worldwide, and importantly our first studio in the United States. This wasn’t just another studio build, but again another brand-new data centre and new studio streaming live from the State to be compliant with regulation.

“This is also the third studio that we have launched this year alone, with our dedicated live casino studio in Canada going live in January and another production hub in Georgia, Europe in March.

“This is a very exciting launch for us and a true milestone for the company with our growing North American presence.”

Totally Gaming says: The number of agreements already reached is testament to Evolution’s live casino offering, with the company also promising more such announcements are waiting in the wings. Building upon its current operations, Pennsylvania could well be the next target, with a number of organisations keenly monitoring its progress.
