Software to launch on Scandinavian, Spanish and UK brands this year

Microgaming has signed a major agreement with Betsson Group to roll out its bingo software across all the operator’s brands in multiple markets.

The deal will first see the Microgaming software launched on Betsson’s Scandinavian, Spanish and UK brands later in 2018, with further brands and markets to follow in 2019.

This will see Betsson’s players able to access Microgaming’s HTML5 bingo client, which links to existing chatrooms and game liquidity to offer as enjoyable an experience as possible for customers.

Players will also be able to access a range of different bingo variants, more than 450 casino side games and access to what Microgaming claims to be the industry’s largest progressive jackpot network.

“Microgaming boast one of the most impressive bingo offerings in the industry and a proven track record in delivering high quality gaming products,” Betsson Group head of gaming Joey Hurtado commented.

“We’re looking forward to taking our bingo offering to the next level with this deal, which we see as a further step to our commitment to provide the best and most engaging player experience in the industry.”

Microgaming chief operations officer Andrew Clucas added: “Established over 50 years ago, Betsson Group has incredible pedigree and boasts some of the most popular and trusted brands in the business.

“We are delighted to welcome the Group in a deal that marks another endorsement of our ever growing bingo brand.”
