Ivan Montik, the chief executive of SoftSwiss, has told that the software company’s new Bitcoin instant betting exchange platform will allow it to take advantage of the already-popular virtual currency sector.

Available via its News&Score online gambling service, SoftSwiss said that the Bitcoin Betting Exchange is the first ever instant betting exchange platform that works with Bitcoin.

The service allows customers of News&Score to place bets anonymously without an account as the process is instant and entirely automated.

Bets can be placed until 15 minutes before the start of any sports event, with winnings automatically transferred to the players’ Bitcoin wallets after the event has ended.

Speaking to about the new service, Montik said that it has the potential to challenge some of the larger operators already in the market.

“We hope to attract punters who already play for Bitcoin and who want to bet on exchanges worldwide,” Montik told

“I know that this kind of quality is only available at big real-money operators.

“Live statistics and comments, big statistics coverage and a lot of tools like calculators, odds comparison from different providers and head-to-head statistics all make this website special.

“Besides this, we have a working Bitcoin casino and are planning to add more new features soon.

“This is already a true business. We know the numbers in the industry in this sector since we have a lot of running customers. There are billions of wagers in Bitcoin.”
