API designed to boost betting and drive traffic to sportsbook sites

Racing Post B2B, the services arm of the UK racing newspaper, has launched Sports API, a new solution that provides original content for more than 5,000 events across 20 sports each year. 

The solution has been designed to help betting brands boost search engine optimisation, drive traffic to a website, and keep consumers on-site for longer by providing quality tipping content. 

By providing informed content, customers will feel they have developed their understanding of the odds on offer, making them more likely to place larger bets, the Racing Post says. 

Content available through Sports API covers all major global sports from golf to handball, including in-depth analyses of betting on major events such as the Conor MacGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov Ultimate Fighting Champion bout, golf’s Ryder Cup and the National Football League season. 

“High-quality content is more valuable today than ever before,” Racing Post B2B director Eugene Delaney said. “With a saturated market and ease of access to opinions, it’s vital consumers gain an informed advantage from a trusted source.
