Kindred selects Kambi to power US sportsbook product

Operator preparing to launch sports betting and casino with Hard Rock in New Jersey

Kindred Group has selected its long-term sports betting solutions provider - and former subsidiary - Kambi to power its launch in the New Jersey market. 

The companies have signed an addendum to their current supply contract, giving Kindred access to Kambi’s platform in the state. The operator, which was named a licensing partner of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City in August this year, has also signed a deal to deploy Scientific Games’ SG Digital casino platform. 

“We are of course delighted to add this final piece to our product offering towards customers in New Jersey,” Kindred senior vice president of the US Manuel Stan said. 

“Kindred and Kambi have a long and successful history together, which we intend to develop further as we prepare to enter the New Jersey market,” he explained. “I am particularly pleased that we are now ready to offer customers in New Jersey a truly great experience in a safe and secure environment.”

Kambi chief commercial officer Max Meltzer added that the partnership with Kindred highlighted the supplier’s ability to help operators develop into market leaders in the sports betting vertical.

“As industry innovators, Kindred has leveraged the flexibility of the Kambi platform to develop truly unique and differentiated sports betting experiences for its players and we look forward to supporting Kindred in bringing those to the US,” he added.
