Greenwood Gaming partnership also includes provision for New Jersey launch

Kambi Group has further strengthened its position in the US sports betting market through a deal with Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, owner of Pennsylvania’s Parx Casino.

The multi-year agreement will see Kambi provide Parx with its sports betting platform alongside a range of managed services and land-based betting products.

Parx aims to launch its land-based sportsbook before the end of the year. This will be followed by the roll-out of an online offering, once the Pennsylvania market opens, and after the Kambi platform is integrated into the venue’s player account management system, which is supplied by GAN.

Kambi will also launch a land-based sportsbook at Greenwood Gaming’s South Philadelphia Turf Club. The venue is situated in the city’s South Philadelphia Sports Complex, which houses current NFL Super Bowl champions the Philadelphia Eagles and baseball team the Philadelphia Phillies.

In addition, the contract includes a provision for Kambi to support Greenwood Gaming if it moves into New Jersey’s sports betting market.

"Greenwood Gaming represents yet another exciting partnership for Kambi, as we continue to establish ourselves as the premier choice for operators looking to enter the US sports wagering market with a quality product and trusted partner,” Kambi chief executive Kristian Nylén said.

"Greenwood Gaming is committed to delivering exciting gaming experiences to players in a safe and responsible fashion, therefore, when deciding to launch a sportsbook, Kambi quickly became the natural choice and I'm confident we will form a successful partnership."

Greenwood Gaming chief technology officer John Dixon said he was excited to have secured “an experienced, successful sportsbook partner” in Kambi.

"We are confident in their systems to provide timely, secure and accurate wagering opportunities across many sports both pre-game and in-game," Dixon added.
