Charismatic jockey Bryony Frost has agreed to become the group’s ambassador

Fast-rising star jockey Bryony Frost has been announced as a group-wide ambassador for Jockey Club Racecourses.

Bryony has enthused British racecourses this season with a string of brilliant rides, her first Grade 1 victory and a winning smile to match, helping her to become one of the most popular faces in the sport.

The partnership is the first of its kind for Jockey Club Racecourses, which stages events such as The Cheltenham Festival, the Randox Health Grand National, the QIPCO Guineas Festival and The Investec Derby Festival, and will now support Bryony’s career.

A spokesperson for Jockey Club Racecourses told TotallyGaming.com: “Bryony’s enthusiasm for the sport is infectious, including the horses and its people, and that comes across every time she speaks. We’re delighted to support her in this way because Bryony wants as many people as possible to love British Racing as much as she does, and that’s exactly what Jockey Club Racecourses wants too.”

As an ambassador, Bryony will work with Jockey Club Racecourses to promote British Racing, including through social media channels, media work, personal appearances and a regular blog. She will also wear Jockey Club Racecourses-branded apparel when attending racedays.

The announcement was made today at Exeter Racecourse, one of The Jockey Club’s 15 racecourses and Bryony’s local track. The others in the group are: Aintree, Carlisle, Cheltenham, Epsom Downs, Haydock Park, Huntingdon, Kempton Park, Market Rasen, Newmarket July Course, Newmarket Rowley Mile, Nottingham, Sandown Park, Warwick and Wincanton. With The Jockey Club governed by Royal Charter, all profits its racecourse arm generates are invested back into British Racing.

Totally Gaming says: Bryony ticks all the boxes for what makes a succesful ambassador, not only is she a great jockey with an abundance of potential, but she also possess a great attitude that endears her to racing fans everywhere. An additional factor in why Bryony is so well suited for this role is that her love of the sport is simply contagious.
