Comtrade Gaming, a technology provider to the gaming industry, has announced the upcoming launch of it's new highly integrated gaming systems environment.

The system, which by optimizing multiple channels, devices and player touch-points, engages customers while generating improved revenue for clients and partners will be unveiled at ICE Totally Gaming 2018.

The advancements in 360° player view and life-cycle management strategies better serve gaming operations across multiple products and channels.

Aleš Gornjec, General Manager of Comtrade Gaming, told “As competition continues to increase, gaming technology will be the differentiating factor that operators will use to influence player lifetime value in multi-channel environments. Convergence brings a number of key benefits, including the ability to create competitive advantage through exceptional customer experience, improved player insight and growing revenues.

“The multi-platform user is the most valuable demographic in the gaming industry and this proves that operators are driven to cross-sell their products. Content must be tailored to each device and a bespoke technology strategy targets a range of user demographics and content offers. Our product portfolio consolidates business priorities and enable operators to create and monitor roadmaps for multi-channel and online strategies.”

Looking ahead to ICE he continued: “ICE is a platform through which we communicate our market position and better shape our product development strategy. Due to quality of the audience, networking and business development opportunities build a steady pipeline for the sales team as we cater our discussions around industry priorities. Most of all, we are looking forward to another successful ICE and the projects that will come as a result of our presence.”

Adjustments to system capabilities now allow configuration and scalability along any operator size, business preferences, requirements and regulatory conditions. With these enhancements, iCore optimises every aspect of the multi-channel operation by identifying key player segments, automating marketing campaigns and managing operations with its business intelligence back office.

Comtrade Gaming will also debut a new extension to its sCore product line: an operator-controlled player messaging and media presentation engine.

The sCore Media Engine upgrades slot machines into a promotional channel that communicates personalized incentives, venue promotions and player account information on the game screen. The sCore Media Engine enriches the player experience on G2S standardized gaming machines using an award engine with predictive modeling to evaluate and communicate eligibility in real-time.

Totally Gaming says: The new system can bring a variety of benefits to the customer experience, including the ability to create competitive advantages. Furthermore, there is no better place for Comtrade to debut the technology to some of the gaming industry’s most senior figures than at ICE.
