Operator partners Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Devils, and New Jersey-based Prudential Centre

Caesars Entertainment has struck a multi-year partnership with sports entertainment conglomerate Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment.

The deal sees it become a partner of the company’s National Basketball Association franchise the Philadelphia 76ers, its National Hockey League team the New Jersey Devils, and its New Jersey-based sports and entertainment venue, the Prudential Centre.

The partnership will see Caesars open the Caesars Club, a 5,000 square foot restaurant and bar within the Prudential Centre, through which it will offer hospitality to all premium seat members at New Jersey Devils home games. The Caesars Club will also be open for all event attendees at any of the live events held at the venue.

Caesars’ branding will also be featured on the Prudential Centre’s 80 digital boards and 4,8000 square foot outdoor LED board. It will also appear on club level tickets, premium wristbands and concourse pillars. Players will be given the chance to win a $1m prize through the ‘Shoot for a Million’ on-ice promotion.

"Prudential Center and Caesars Entertainment are industry leaders in sports and entertainment,” Harris Blitzer Sport Entertainment chief revenue officer Adam Davis said. "Caesars Club is a natural way to recreate the world-class Caesars experience for New Jersey Devils Premium Seat members and one million event-goers that attend concerts and live events at Prudential Center annually.

“With a partnership that synergistically bookends the state of New Jersey, Caesars Entertainment can connect with engaged sports and live event fans to promote its new sportsbook and mobile sports betting app throughout the Garden State.”

Caesars Entertainment chief marketing officer Chris Holdren added: "Caesars Entertainment has enjoyed a long relationship with the New Jersey community.

"With the introduction of the Caesars Club Sports Lounge, we're excited to expand our relationship and deliver our world-class hospitality and entertainment in a new part of the Garden State.”

The operator’s Harrah’s Philadelphia venue and related brands will be promoted at Philadelphia 76ers games. Players will also be able to win complimentary stays at Caesars Atlantic City and its LINQ Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas through the ‘Score for the Shore’ on-court promotion and ‘Live Like a Caesars VIP’ social media competition.
