It is part of BETDAQ's new #ChangingForTheBettor campaign

As the first part of its #ChangingForTheBettor campaign, BETDAQ has introduced a flat-rate 2% commission for its customers.

All current and future customers will benefit from the reduced commission that applies to all sports and markets on the platform, which matched in excess of £4bn-worth of bets in 2017.

The customer feedback-driven move marks a change to the company’s terms of business, rather than a short-term promotion, and is aimed at growing its player-base and market share.

Founded in 2000, Ladbrokes Coral Group-owned BETDAQ is dedicated to providing the best possible user experience on a highly-trusted and ultra-reliable platform that has avoided an unplanned outage for more than 400 days.

Shane McLaughlin, Director of Exchange, Ladbrokes Coral Group, told “The reduction to 2% commission on all sports will have a significant impact for BETDAQ Customers. Customers will benefit by paying less commission on their winnings on the BETDAQ exchange so, simply put, they will be earning more from their winning bets. Also, all new customers who sign up with BETDAQ, will be able to receive their first month's commission back as cash, up to £1,000.”

Commenting on future plans for the initiative, he continued: “The #ChangingForTheBettor campaign is a long term plan to implement a wide spanning range of improvements to the BETDAQ experience that have come from customer feedback. The change to a base 2% commission rate is only the beginning of this campaign and moving forward we will be addressing the other areas that are most important to our exchange players. The #ChangingForTheBettor campaign is not just a marketing slogan but a commitment to our customers that we are working to provide the world’s leading exchange platform at BETDAQ.”

BETDAQ also has an expansive sponsorship portfolio, as the title sponsor of the Punchestown Champion Hurdle, principal partner of Charlton Athletic Football Club, and includes the Racing Blogger and Tony Cascarino among its ambassadors.

Totally Gaming says: This commission marks a positive start to BETDAQ’s new #ChangingForTheBettor campaign; if the campaign continues in this vain then BETDAQ customers should rest assured that there will be significant improvements in their betting experience in the near future.
