BetBright launched Acca+1 in October 2016

BetBright can offset the payouts from Acca+1 because users of the product are proving to be 40% more profitable in their first 30 days as a customer.

The bookmaker has paid out six figures in additional winnings since launching Acca+1 in October 2016, which takes any accumulator with five or more selections at combined odds of 7/1 or greater, and offers you the chance to increase your winnings with an extra risk-free selection.

Conor White, Marketing Manager at BetBright, told “We devised the Acca+1 strategy based on customer feedback and a desire for such a product. As an overall strategy in recent months, BetBright have been trying to move away from the ‘race to the bottom’ style of bookmaker promotions and focusing instead on providing tangible value for our customers.

“The thinking being that by doing so we can inspire customer loyalty and improve customer retention. When compared to our previous Acca offer, Acca+1 users are registering nearly three times the number of active days in a week. They are also proving to be about 40% more profitable in their first 30 days than a customer who came in on our old Acca offer.”

The big advantage of using Acca+1 is that if your risk-free selection comes in alongside the original accumulator, you get a bonus paid in cash. If the original accumulator wins, but the risk-free leg loses, you are still paid out as normal.

Totally Gaming says: BetBright is confident that by inspiring customer loyalty and improved customer retention, they will be able to offset bonus payouts from Acca+1, which they estimate to be ‘comfortably in the six-figure range’. Since launching the product in October, the placement of multiple bets on BetBright has grown twice as fast as singles, while 83% of those placing an accumulator with five or more selections have taken up the option of the risk-free leg.
