Regional Director (Nordics)
This role is a key part of the commercial team of a highly successful online gaming business. Within it, you will be responsible for driving growth across the business in the Nordic region; Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will oversee the country managers for these markets and will be responsible for growth strategy in each market. As part of the role you will work closely with global marketing, affiliation and campaigns to ensure the best marketing mix and approach for each market.
Leadership: Define a clear marketing strategy in line with the overall company targets and direction from the CCO. Create a performance and data culture that encourages and rewards creative thinking, measured risk taking and exceptional execution.
Management & Operations: You will be responsible for managing the team of country managers, setting clear goals and targets and guiding the team towards successful implementation of all strategies. You will monitor the team's performance and ensure on time delivery for all tasks.
Forecasting, budgeting & KPI tracking: You will be responsible for the full P&L of all the markets under your control. You'll monitor the achievement of KPI's and business growth and be able to quickly revise strategies and tactics based on changing market environments.
Has experience of managing gaming businesses in the Nordics
Has a proven track record of delivering growth in a senior commercial role
Has a thorough understanding of growing existing and new markets through innovative marketing & product strategy
Possesses outstanding influencing and relationship skills and is able to manage and nurture a team.
