Changing entertainment trends, corporate social responsibility and GDPR on the agenda at ICC.

Adapting to the changing digital landscape and maintaining market share against challenges from new betting and entertainment channels will be topics for discussion at this year’s International Casino Conference (ICC).

The ICC will also consider how the global casino sector can retain market share against strong competition from digital and entertainment trends which are proving popular with a Millennial audience such as eSports, skill gaming and social gaming. Delegates will also discuss digital transformation strategies and consider how the casinos of the future might look. The agenda also includes sessions on corporate social responsibility and GDPR.

The conference starts with the Big Discussion: What is the Economic Impact of Gaming, which will look at the social impact of gaming and how the industry effectively communicates the positive social footprint. The speakers will be Senator William Coley II of Ohio and Ernie Stevens Jr, chairman of the National Indian Gaming Association and the session will be moderated by Michael Pollock, managing director of the Spectrum Gaming Group.
