Quixant
ICE online profile Established in 2005, it is the only company focused solely
on the design and manufacture of computer platforms for the global gaming
industry. Quixant has an international presence it is headquartered in the UK
with facilities in the USA, Italy and Taiwan and is listed on the London
Stock Exchange AIM market. At ICE, Quixant will be displaying its wide range
of all-in-one gaming platforms from the QXi-200 to the QX-40, including the
QXi-300 which was launched at last year’s G2E, Las Vegas. ICE Totally
Gaming is the perfect opportunity for us to exclusively and by
invitation-only, present our latest addition to the Quixant family; the new
QX-50. Quixant’s new flagship QX-50 is the first gaming platform able to
support the new AMD Mantle API, which brings game console levels of graphics
performance to the PC. Mantle enables the traditional, but cumbersome DirectX
and OpenGL APIs to be bypassed and provides up to nine times the number of
graphics calls per second. The QX-50 also utilises the same underlying APU
and GPU technology that has taken the consumer gaming console world by storm
in the form of the PS4 and Xbox One. Quixant has also extended its existing
DisplayPort monitor range to include a selection of 4K Ultra HD monitors
which are designed specifically for gaming. Available in several sizes up to
55”, the new 4K Ultra HD monitors can be supplied with a multipoint touch
screen which also boasts the unique Dockport feature to combine display
signals and touch signals into a single cable, simplifying cabinet wiring.
Quixant’s solutions are designed to exploit the power of PC technology for
slot machine applications, while improving security and reliability of
typical systems and reducing noise, heat and power consumption. Through the
use of innovative design, many of Quixant’s products can be cooled without
the use of fans. Quixant also understands that long-term supply of its
platforms is important and offers a guaranteed 5+2 years supply lifetime at
the launch of each new product. The Quixant team will be available to answer
any questions you may have about your gaming control board requirements. So,
we would like to invite you to meet us on our stand (N3-120) at ICE Total
Gaming – 2014 or, alternatively, please contact Gary
(gary.mullins@quixant.com) or John (john.malin@quixant.com) to schedule a
