OtherLevels partners with AI marketing firm

Digital marketing specialist OtherLevels has partnered with Amplero, a leader in artificial intelligence marketing.

This partnership combines Amplero’s leading Artificial Intelligence Marketing (AIM) platform, which provides marketers with exponential improvements in scalability and intelligence across customer data and marketing automation, with OtherLevels digital message formats.

The combined solution is now operational with an as-yet-unnamed global casino operator, and the deal also means that OtherLevels has exclusive rights to re-sell and market the Amplero solution within the UK and EMEA to the licenced real-money wagering and lottery markets.

“This is a hugely exciting partnership,” said Amplero CEO, Olly Downs. “Amplero and OtherLevels are already live with a major global social casino operator, and we are seeing that OtherLevels’ ability to reach gaming audiences across a range of channels means that together we can optimise content, automation and delivery to drive maximum revenue and retention for global gaming brands.”

OtherLevels’ new partnership with Amplero follows the company’s recent announcement that it would bolster the UK National Lottery's marketing capabilities by supplying the UK’s National Lottery operator with greater messaging capabilities in order to boost potential player engagement.

After their deal with National Lottery earlier in the year, Lance Standing general manager for OtherLevels in EMEA, told TotallyGaming.com: “The additional of these message types will allow Camelot to put together a complete marketing matrix, which enables the CRM user to generate higher conversion rates.

“Collectively, these new message types are now reaching people standard marketing tools – and email in particular – just can’t reach.”

Totally Gaming says: It’s been a busy years for OtherLevels. In addition to its new partnership with Amplero and the UK’s National Lottery, the company has also signed partnerships with a range of gaming firms, including TopBetta – a clear indication that operators are realising the importance of technology when it comes to reaching their audience.
