ManbetX to benefit from new technology through La Liga deal

Supponor’s virtual replacement technology has been commercially deployed in La Liga for the past four years

ManbetX has strengthened its football sponsorship portfolio by agreeing a partnership with Spanish football’s top division, La Liga.

As part of the partnership, ManbetX will benefit from the technology provided by the augmented reality tech firm aiming to enhance the commercial properties of virtual advertising boards, Supponor.

Supponor’s virtual replacement technology has been commercially deployed in La Liga for the past four years; it transforms a physical signage asset ‘into a virtual digital asset, which can be targeted with different content for different audiences. It will now enable ManbetX to target overseas markets whilst retaining the same 3D board for domestic audiences.

Supponor COO, Charlie Marshall told TotallyGaming.com: “Our technology solutions are all about enabling sponsor brands to target audiences that matter to them, in association with some of the most powerful and iconic sporting events in the world.

The deal with La Liga adds to ManbetX’s already vast sponsorship portfolio, the Asian bookmaker not only has partnership with Serie A, but is also the prime sponsor of English premier League side,Crystal Palace.
