Betgenius delivers contextual advertising experience for SkyBet.it

Wednesday, March 15, 2017

Technology supplier Betgenius has delivered a “truly contextual advertising experience” for SkyBet.it to cut acquisition costs and boost engagement for the Italy-based sportsbook.

For the first time, visitors to Sky Sport Italia, a digital partner of SkyBet.it, will be given relevant betting suggestions based on the exact content they are viewing across the site’s entire football coverage.

The Italian operator has selected Betgenius for its high-impact marketing push, driven by real-time sports data, to help them penetrate the online and mobile markets in the country.

Betgenius Managing Director Jack Davison, who also described this highly targeted, relevant marketing as “very much the future”, told TotallyGaming.com: “This deal is further evidence of how Betgenius creates unique digital marketing solutions to drive engagement and lower acquisition costs.

“We are delighted to partner with SkyBet.it to help grow its sportsbook in what remains a market packed with growth potential.”

Totally Gaming says: Partnering with Betgenius will help SkyBet.it to boost engagement and cut CPAs with targeted marketing campaigns. Sky Sport Italia will be displaying dynamic content such as live scores and match odds within banners and widgets – another example of the “digitalisation of the customer”, which was recognised as a key market driver in the Italian legacy seminar at ICE 2017.
