Technology supplier Betgenius has delivered a “truly contextual advertising experience” for to cut acquisition costs and boost engagement for the Italy-based sportsbook.

For the first time, visitors to Sky Sport Italia, a digital partner of, will be given relevant betting suggestions based on the exact content they are viewing across the site’s entire football coverage.

The Italian operator has selected Betgenius for its high-impact marketing push, driven by real-time sports data, to help them penetrate the online and mobile markets in the country.

Betgenius Managing Director Jack Davison, who also described this highly targeted, relevant marketing as “very much the future”, told “This deal is further evidence of how Betgenius creates unique digital marketing solutions to drive engagement and lower acquisition costs.
