BetConstruct now offers virtual cockfighting

If you’re yet to try out virtuals then perhaps this will convince you. BetConstruct has teamed up with Edge Gaming to provide Virtual Cockfighting for its network of clients.

Virtual products are particularly popular in the LatAm market, though the company behind this game specifically is based in Hong Kong. It was established in 2015 and the Cockfighting product has been available since 2016. The product appears to be Edge Gaming’s only offering built in-house to date, though it offers clients a range of other casino and HTML5 titles via its partners.

Anna Shahbazyan, the Regional Director of BetConstruct in Uruguay, told Totally Gaming: “Betconstruct is unique as it constantly integrates relevant third party products in all markets.

“Cockfighting is one in a long list of exciting products that will enable our partners to offer unique offerings and differentiate themselves from their competitors in the market. Watch this space as there is always something new in Betconstruct’s product portfolio.”

Edge Gaming Director Don Brooks commented: "We are very excited to partner with BetConstruct who we see as one of the leading innovators in the industry. The need for unique gaming experiences has heightened in recent years and we expect our offering to help to open up markets that have been historically hard to crack.”

Alongside the more predictable likes of virtual football, horse racing, greyhound racing and motorsports, there are far more interesting options out there such as Golden Race's Real Fighting and now this. Whether players take to such a product remains to be seen but it'll inevitably stand out on any platform.

Totally Gaming says: It’ll be interesting to see what comes next in Betconstruct’s product portfolio but in terms of eccentricity this one will take some beating.
