At next week’s Betting On Sports conference, eMerchantPay will be launching a new payment efficiency programme that allows online gaming operators to assess areas of their payment infrastructure to realise efficiencies.

“The ever-existing challenge for any payment operator is to make sure they have the right payment methods with the right payment processes to enable the best possible customer journey, with the maximum possible success rate of converting a transaction,” Chris Smart, vice president of gaming and FX Markets for eMerchantPay, told TotallyGaming.com.

“As gambling operators grow and we see more consolidation and acquisitions, the payment infrastructure within gambling organisations starts to become quite complex, with multiple providers operating on the multiple platforms.”

“We will be launching our payment efficiency programme at the show next week, enabling both new and existing customers to re-evaluate their current payment infrastructure to identify areas which can be improved, not only to increase efficiencies but to also realise cost saving and revenue opportunities.”

Totally Gaming says: It is now more important than ever for operators to re-examine their customer journey. At next week’s Betting On Sports event, eMerchantPay will be on hand to demonstrate how to provide players with the best possible experience with their payment method of choice.
