Beehive’s ‘powerful CRM tool’ boosts GVC marketing activity

Beehive will supply its marketing platform to GVC's Playtech brands

Jay Dossetter has confirmed that a multi-brand deal with Beehive will enable GVC to automatically create personalised bonusing and marketing messages for its players on an individual basis.

The Head of Media Relations for GVC hailed Beehive’s ‘powerful CRM tool’ which will be used to automate marketing activity on its Playtech brands. This is separate to the marketing/bonusing solution used for the likes of bwin, partypoker and partycasino, which run on GVC’s proprietary technology platform.

Dossetter told TotallyGaming.com: “Beehive is a powerful CRM tool which will allow us to more effectively engage with our customers and offer personalised offers and messaging. We are excited to be working with them and about the enhancements they will bring to our marketing and analytical capabilities.”

The marketing messages will largely be distributed via email and SMS, while the Beehive data-driven system also contains a dynamic bonusing engine which will enable GVC to run free spin campaigns and cashback promotions.

Totally Gaming says: The multi-brand deal will significantly improve GVC’s marketing activity on its Playtech brands. It is also a big coup for Beehive just a few months after they agreed to provide customer marketing tools across Ladbrokes’ retail estate. Beehive will be at ICE 2017 to promote the impact of its marketing platform on conversion and retention rates across online, mobile and retail channels.
