Global lottery business GTECH has unveiled the details of a new corporate structure it will operate under upon the conclusion of its acquisition of International Gaming Technology (IGT). Marco Sala (pictured), who currently serves as CEO of GTECH, will take on the same role at the new joint company. Other staff members have also been given senior roles and will oversee operations within the various divisions of the combined firm. Meanwhile, UK gambling operator Gala Coral has reported widespread growth during the 16 weeks through to January 17, 2015. Gross profit was up five per cent on the first quarter of last year to £267.4m (€366.9m/$412m) this year. Group EBITDA also jumped 11 per cent year-on-year to £67.3m. The operator also noted that profit from its online business was up 27 per cent to £45.6m...

Elsewhere, Ladbrokes is reportedly set to launch a review of its Irish business, following the announcement of the company’s financial results for 2014 last week. According to the Irish Independent newspaper, Ladbrokes is undertaking a review of its business in the country in order to establish the best way forward...

Meanwhile, bet-at-home experienced impressive growth during 2014, with gross betting and gaming revenue jumping 25 per cent year-on-year to €107m. Earnings before taxes at the operator hiked 78.2 per cent to €27.5m while its staff number also grew to 264... 

Last but not least, Full Tilt, which came under the control of Amaya last year, is to finally launch a range of Net Entertainment games almost one year after first striking an agreement with the online gaming content developer. The online operator has completed the integration process and will make a selection of games available to its players.
