The status of ICE as a ‘business show’, has been put into sharp relief, following news that Blueprint Gaming had secured orders totalling 1,500 machines by the middle day of the exhibition.

According to the ICE Daily newspaper: “Blueprint Machines’ managing director Simon Barff concluded a ‘substantial’ machine order with major shipboard operator Jon Dyson of Onboard Leisure.

“Then Harry Shipley of Shipley Estates signed another order for what was described as the “first 500” machines. He was followed up by another major operator who concluded a 500-machine plus order whose identity cannot be confirmed until next week.
