SlotJoint is focused on building "brand integrity"

Maintaining trust is the key factor in a new SlotJoint feature that allows players to check whether games are paying out as advertised.

A spokesperson for the online casino told TotallyGaming.com that gamers deserve to know that they are being treated fairly, and added that the browser-based return to player (RTP) self-check feature is part of the company’s wider customer-focused strategy.

The RTP feature will be displayed in the web browser, while players can view their actual RTP per day, month and lifetime in their account. SlotJoint added that players can compare their own figures with the theoretical payout rates that can be viewed from the game tab.

“We believe that brand integrity is just as important as payment processing,” said the spokesperson. “So, as a new brand, its of the highest importance for us to build brand integrity.

“Features such as displaying actual RTP, theoretical RTP, fast payouts, 24/7 live support and auto flushing play a major role in our long-term strategy towards building brand integrity.”

Canada-based SlotJoint, which offers blackjack, progressive jackpots, bonus slots, video slots, roulette, baccarat, mobile and live dealer platforms, says that its more than 300 games typically return to players 95-99 per cent of all money spent.

“The growing array of choice for mobile and desktop casino players can be very confusing in regards to what platforms and games are reputable," the spokesperson said. "SlotJoint will be rolling out more player-centric features over the next few months.”
