Kelly Shaw, Aristocrat’s Vice President of System Sales and Marketing, has been named a 'Proven Leader' in Casino Enterprise Management magazine’s 8th annual Great Women of Gaming Awards. Described by the gaming company as a 'passionate and proven executive', Shaw’s commitment to the gaming industry is described as having ushered in a new era where business intelligence drives better business decisions across the entire operation.

At Aristocrat, Shaw has led her team to two successive record-breaking revenue years for the company’s Oasis 360 system business unit in 2011 and 2012.
“For many in the gaming industry, the name Kelly Shaw is synonymous with casino management systems,” said Aristocrat COO Seamus McGill. “Throughout her career and various management positions within our organization, Kelly has always been seen as a strong and respected leader. In addition to her daily responsibilities, she has acted as a mentor for young executives, and she drives several leadership groups within our company, including succession planning workshops for female executives, mentoring programs and advanced leadership programs. We are delighted for Kelly to have received this prestigious recognition.”
