The company has taken over two more floors at Wellington Place

Sky Betting & Gaming has doubled its presence at Wellington Place in Leeds to 80 thousand square feet of purpose-built office space.

The company has taken over floors two and three of building number six, in addition to its current HQ over three floors at number two. The space design by SpaceInvader has enabled Sky Betting & Gaming to provide an additional 460 desk spaces for the company’s bet, gaming, contact centre, customer operations and trading teams.

A whole floor is dedicated to customer operations, trading and social teams, with new training facilities and a customer interview suite that broadcasts live end user feedback to product teams. There is also a football pitch for stand-up meetings, interactive HD touch screens and a putting green, which makes it one of the most exciting office environments in the city.

Rob Painter, Brand & HR Director at Sky Betting & Gaming, told TotallyGaming.com: “The launch of our new purpose built premises marks an investment milestone for the business and our development story in the heart of Leeds. It’s been an amazing journey from concept to completion, and I know everyone, from visitors to city partners and all of employees are very excited to make use of the space.”

Totally Gaming says: Sky Betting & Gaming has shown its commitment to development in the Yorkshire region with placement opportunities, commercial talks, presentations to agile practitioners and a partnership with UK-based sport for employment charity Street League. Research by Oxford Economics last year indicated that its employees are five teams as productive as an average employee in Yorkshire.
